WHAT YOU PROVIDE
Send the final, clearly labeled stems for each song along with the set order, tempo information, routing requirements, and any notes about clicks, cues, transitions, or playback control.
Stem editing, mixing, audio repair, advanced MIDI automation, lighting timecode, and major arrangement changes are not included in the base price. If the show requires additional programming, it will be quoted before the work begins.

WHAT FILES DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
Provide final, clearly labeled stems for every song, along with the set order, tempo information, and notes about clicks, cues, transitions, routing, or playback control.
DO YOU EDIT OR MIX THE STEMS?
Stem editing, mixing, audio repair, and major arrangement changes are not included in the base price. If the files require additional preparation, you’ll receive a separate quote before work begins.
CAN YOU ADD CLICK AND CUE TRACKS?
Yes. Click and cue-track setup is included when you provide the necessary tempo, arrangement, and cue information.
CAN YOU CONFIGURE THE SESSION FOR OUT AUDIO INTERFACE?
For standalone Session Programming, we’ll provide detailed output assignments and setup instructions, but we cannot configure or test your physical interface remotely. If Session Programming is added to a custom rig build, we can configure and test the session’s inputs and outputs with the completed rig before delivery.
ARE REVISIONS INCLUDED?
One revision is included for corrections or reasonable adjustments to the agreed session. New songs, replacement stems, or major structural changes may require an additional quote.
CAN YOU ADD MIDI AUTOMATION OR LIGHTING TIMECODE?
Advanced MIDI automation, lighting control, and timecode can be added when required. These features are quoted separately based on the show.
HOW LONG WILL PROGRAMMING TAKE?
Turnaround depends on the number of songs, condition of the supplied files, and complexity of the routing. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date after the material has been reviewed.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
