DOWNBEAT is currently supported on macOS. Windows is not currently supported.
HOW MANY COMPUTERS CAN I ACTIVATE?
Each license includes activation on up to three computers at one time.
CAN I MOVE MY LICENSE TO ANOTHER COMPUTER?
Yes. Deactivate a licensed computer from inside the plugin to free that activation for another computer. This is useful when replacing a performance computer or preparing a backup system.
HOW DO I RECEIVE DOWNBEAT AFTER PURCHASING?
After payment is processed, download instructions and license information are delivered electronically to the email address used for the purchase.
CAN I USE DOWNBEAT COMMERCIALLY?
Yes. DOWNBEAT may be used for touring, live performances, commercial recordings, broadcasts, houses of worship, and other professional applications. No royalties are owed to Hefty Sound Works.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY LICENSE OR NEED SUPPORT?
Email heftysoundworks@gmail.com from the address associated with your purchase. Proof of purchase may be required before a license is reissued. Reasonable email support is provided for the current version of DOWNBEAT.
